How to use:

Moisten a cotton pad with this face cleanser and wipe over face and eyes allowing make-up to melt away. Gently hold moistened cotton pads over the eyes for 20 seconds to help dissolve waterproof makeup.

For sensitive skin, rinsing is recommended.
